A colony unknown to most located on the dark side of the moon. The original set of residents were exiles, sent to Kaleido's moon for a multitude of reasons, be it criminal history or expressing themselves in a way frowned upon by other tones. Through the years, the colonists abandoned hope that they would ever return, with most adopting a set of nihilistic or extremely cynical personal beliefs.
Though the colony has survived on its own for quite some time, always having a stable central population, new tones tend to appear in this world suddenly and without warning. The cause of this phenomenon has yet to be discovered.
When tones give up on their dreams, when they resign themselves to defeat, and when they have nothing but shattered ambitions to grasp onto, this is when The None makes themselves known. When a tone shouts to the sky out of hopelessness and frustration, The None is the voice which calls back. The None offers these dejected tones a place to belong. Should they accept the offer, they are never heard from again.
